SAD NEWS!! 25-hour rain kills 7,submerged 30 houses in benin and ibadan!

A 25-hour heavy rain across three states left seven people dead in
Ibadan, Oyo State capital and 30 houses submerged in Benin, Edo
State, while paralysing business activities in the states.
The rain, which started in the evening of Sunday and continued for
most part of Monday, resulted in traffic snarls in all the affected cities
and towns, leaving many commuters stranded.
In Ibadan, although the Oyo State police command confirmed only two
people dead in Orita Challenge area of the city, residents of some
communities in Oluyole Local Government Area of the state claimed
five other people were swept away while attempting to cross a bridge,
which they did not know had collapsed.
One of the victims, said to be an unidentified elderly man, was said to
have disembarked from a commercial motorcycle and had attempted
to cross the flooded bridge at LAD Hospital area at about 8.00 a.m
on Monday.
He reportedly died when he slipped and hit his head on the slab of
the bridge.
The second incident, which occurred at about 11.30 a.m, involved a
commercial motorcyclist who also attempted to cross the flooded
bridge, as the water swept him and his female passenger off.
Though the passenger was rescued, the okada rider was not fortunate,
as he and his motorcycle were swept away.
His body was, however, found around 2.30 p.m about 200 metres
away from the spot where he was swept off by the flood.
Nigerian Tribune learnt that the remains of the two victims had been
deposited at the State Hospital mortuary at Ring Road, while the
female passenger was taken to a private hospital for treatment.
The state Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Indabawa, who
confirmed the story, said he had instructed his men to cordon off the
place so as to prevent further disaster.
It was gathered that the policemen, led by the Divisional Police Officer
in charge of Orita Challenge division, Daniel Alao, were still securing
the bridge as of the time of filing this report.
In Benin, the Edo State capital, the rain, that started at about 7.00
a.m, left no fewer than 15 houses submerged at Azinge Crescent,
Ihama Road, GRA, while, at least, three houses were nearly submerged
at Slaughter Street in Aduwawa.
At Aiguobasinmwin, the Customary Court of Appeal and the
secretariat of the Nigeria Broadcasting Commission (NBC) were
affected, while some houses and vehicles were submerged in the area.
It was the same story at Oza Street, off Sokponba Road in the Edo
State capital, as many vehicles were trapped and damaged inside the
flood at Ihama, Adesuwa and adjoining streets of Sapele Road
Businesses were paralysed in notable commercial areas such as Ring
Road, Forestry, Third Junction and New Benin, as retail outlets and
stores were locked as a result of the high intensity of the rain.
Other affected areas were Ugbioyokho, GRA, Ikpoba Hill, College Road,
Ekenwan Road, Textile Mills and Aduwawa.
Residents also stayed indoors, as many roads were impassable, while
people in flooded houses were seen trying to rescue their belongings
from the flood.
A woman, Cordelia Igbe, said her belongings and that of her
neighbours, including their houses, were submerged in the flood.
“I was in the office when I received a phone call from my neighbour to
come home quickly, as flood had entered my apartment.
“I had to take excuse from my boss and rushed home. What I saw was
not what I bargained for at all. I am really confused, I don’t know
what to do,” she lamented.
As of the time of filing this report, the rain had not stopped and the
effect could not be fully quantified.
When contacted on Monday afternoon, the state Commissioner for
Environment, Clem Agba, said he was in the state executive council
meeting and could not say anything because he had not been
properly briefed on the situation.
In Osogbo, the Osun State capital, the rain, which spanned over 20
hours, disrupted socio-economic activities in the state capital,
causing gridlock in some areas.
Though there was no recorded casualty, the rain prevented pupils of
private schools, who had already resumed for the new academic
session, from going to school.
Similarly, some civil servants found it difficult to resume at their duty
posts in time, owing to the incessant rain, as commercial
motorcyclists, popularly known as okada could not operate.
Nigerian Tribune gathered that the prolonged rain would have
wreaked havoc if not for the dredging of streams and other water
channels within the city by the state government.

MEET Nigeria Top 5 Richest Pastors and How Much They Are Worth!!!

These days, millions of souls, desperate for financial breakthroughs, miracles and healing, all rush to the church for redemption.

God is good, especially if you’re a Nigerian pastor with some business savvy.
And while the bible expressly states that salvation is free, at times it comes with a cost: offerings, tithes, gifts to spiritual leaders, and a directive to buy literature and other products created by men of God.
Pastors are no longer solely interested in getting people to Heaven; they’ve devised intelligent ways to make good money while reaching out to souls.
Take Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, for example. He is the founder and lead pastor of the Christ Embassy, a thriving congregation with branches in Nigeria, South Africa, London, Canada and the United States.
His publishing company, Loveworld Publications, publishes ‘Rhapsody of Realities,’ a monthly devotional he co-authors with his wife.
It sells over 2 million copies every month at $1 apiece. He also owns television stations, newspapers, magazines, a hotel, a fast-food chain, and more.
Many other Nigerian pastors are similarly building multi-million dollar empires from their churches.
Today, pastors fly around in private jets, drive fancy cars like Daimlers, Porsches and BMWs, don Rolexes and Patek Phillipes, and own breathtaking mansions all over the world.
After the blog post I wrote in May about Nigerian pastors owning private jets, I was bombarded with emails from readers requesting to know the richest pastors in Nigeria.
So I set out to investigate the assets of some of Nigeria’s most prominent pastors, and I came up with conservative estimates of their fortunes.
I contacted representatives for all of the pastors and all except Matthew Ashimolowo’s representative confirmed ownership of the assets I list. Representatives for Pastor Ashimolowo did not respond to n
Bishop David Oyedepo
Affiliation: Living Faith World Outreach Ministry, aka Winners Chapel
Estimated net worth: $190 million
David Oyedepo is Nigeria’s wealthiest preacher. Ever since he founded the Living Faith World Outreach Ministry in 1981, it has grown to become one of Africa’s largest congregations.
The Faith Tabernacle, where he hosts three services every Sunday, is Africa’s largest worship center, with a seating capacity of 50,000.
Oyedepo owns four private jets and homes in London and the United States.
He also owns Dominion Publishing House, a thriving publishing company that publishes all his books (which are often centered on prosperity).
He founded and owns Covenant University, one of Nigeria’s leading tertiary institutions, and Faith Academy, an elite high school.
Pastor Chris Oyakhilome
Church: Believers’ Loveworld Ministries, a.k.a Christ Embassy
Estimated net worth: $100 million – $120 million
Last year, the charismatic preacher was at the center of a $35 million money laundering case in which he was accused of siphoning funds from his church to foreign banks.
Pastor Chris pleaded no wrongdoing and the case was eventually dismissed.
His church, Christ Embassy, boasts more than 40,000 members, several of whom are successful business executives and politicians.
Oyakhilome’s diversified interests include newspapers, magazines, a local television station, a record label, satellite TV, hotels and extensive real estate.
His Loveworld TV Network is the first Christian network to broadcast from Africa to the rest of the world on a 24 hour basis.
Prophet Temitope Joshua
Estimated net worth: $60 million – $80 million
Nigeria’s most controversial clergyman is also one of its richest and most philanthropic.
T.B Joshua heads the Synagogue Church of all Nations (SCOAN), a congregation he founded in 1987, which accommodates over 15,000 worshippers on Sundays.
The Pastor has remained controversial for several years for his inexplicable powers to heal all sorts of difficult to cure diseases, including HIV/AIDS, cancer and paralysis.
For miracle-craving worshippers, it’s the perfect seduction. The church currently has branches in Ghana, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Greece.

‘Miss Kedike’ Chidinma Goes Topless In New Photoshoot

SHOCKER!!! I wanted to use human parts for money ritual Man caught with two human hands confesses!!

THE quest for wealth has sent many into taking desperate steps as residents of Masfala area of Ibadan, Oyo State were shocked to their marrow on Tuesday, September 17, when a polythene bag containing human parts was discovered in an uncompleted building by policemen who stormed the area at noon.
They were further amazed when the culprit turned out to be an herbalist, Abideen Raheem (35), who lives in a building very close to where the human parts were found. The parts were two hands cut from the wrists down.
The suspect is currently helping homicide detectives at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Iyaganku, in their investigations into the case.
Crime Reports gathered that information about the presence of the body parts in the neighbourhood first got to Operation Burst operatives. They were joined by detectives from Ogbere police station, and when confronted with the body parts, Raheem confessed that he was the one who put them in the polythene bag but claimed that he took them from a dead body he found at Ibadan Toll Gate area.
When detectives went to the spot he claimed to have seen the dead body, no carcass was found, an indication that the suspect was economical with the truth.
Raheem however opened up at the CID during interrogation, confessing that he removed the hands and head from a corpse in a grave at Muslim cemetery at Aba Onde area on Monday September 9 and hid them beside the cemetery. He revealed that he went back a week after, precisely on September 16 to take the hands while he still kept the head there.
Police sources told Crime Reports that the head had been recovered from where it was kept, but the identity of the corpse remains unknown.
In an interview with Crime Reports, the deceased said it was his quest to become rich that pushed him to committing the act, saying that he knew he was in trouble when police came to arrest him. He also said that the act was his first attempt. The Ibadan indigene, who is married with three children, said he was an herbalist and also into poultry business. “I learnt the profession from a herbalist who is dead. My poultry business failed during last Ramadan period as I lost 100 birds.
“I went to Muslim burial ground at Aba Onde to exhume a corpse from a grave. I cut the hands and the head. I used my hands to dig the grave and cut the parts with the knife I took there. The corpse was already decomposing so it was not difficult. I wanted to use them for money ritual for myself.
“The Baba who trained me said if I got those parts, I would burn the hands along with a snail, a turtle and Sawepepe leaves and mix the ash with black soap. I would then put the soap on the head and would be using it to litter the floor of my room so that my business would get be boosted by the number of the clients that would be flocking my office for consultation,” he narrated.
Though he said he regretted his action, he stated that he would not have known that God existed indeed if he had not been caught. He pleaded for mercy from the government, promising not to do such again.
Confirming the story, the police image maker, Olabisi Okuwobi-Ilobanafor said that the state police commissioner, Mohammed Indabawa, had ordered the State CID to conduct further investigations into the case, adding that the suspect would be charged appropriately after the conclusion of investigations.

SHOCKER!! One-legged Robber/Rapist arrested in Delta State..shot guns AK 47 rifles, were recovered from him!!

A 21-year-old disabled armed robbery suspect, John Okue, has been arrested by the Delta state police command in a hair saloon in Okwashi-Uku, following a tip off.
The disabled robber, who lost one leg to a virus, led the gang of other brutal robbers whose ages ranged from about 17 to 25 years.
Together, they were said to have robbed, killed and raped their female victims with impunity.
The gang was said to be highly connected to top police officers in the state. Consequently, when any member of the gang was arrested and detained, his freedom was often obtained.
Okue and other gang members
It was reliably gathered that at a point when the police wanted to apprehend him in his home in Kwale, he escaped while he disguised as a begger. The police officers detailed to track him down saw him but never knew he was the suspect they were looking for.
This cat and mouse game between the police and the armed robbery suspect continued for several weeks as he became elusive until recently when the gang leader was apprehended in a barbing saloon at Ogwashi-Uku following a tip-off.
Police sources said confessional statement by the gang leader led to the arrest of other members at different locations.
They are being detained at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) Asaba.
Among dangerous weapons recovered from the gang were battle axe, pump action, rifles, shot guns and AK 47 rifles.

Man’s Penis amputated after he abuses erection drug

A 66-year-old man from southern Colombia had to have his
penis amputated after he overdosed on Viagra to impress his
girlfriend.
The man, whose name has not been released, intentionally
overdosed on the erectile dysfunction medicine.
As a result, he suffered an erection for several days before being
forced to seek medical advice.
According to news website Colombia Reports, the penis-
enhancing drug caused the man, who is said to be a farmer and
a former politician, to develop signs of gangrene.
When he sought medical help, doctors informed the patient his
only option was amputation so the inflammation and gangrene
would stop spreading to other parts of his body.
According to his doctor, the old man showed bruising on the
testicles and penis, he was treated and is recovering well.
In yet another incident, earlier this week, a Yemeni man died of a
Viagra overdose as he prepared to sleep with his bride on their
first day as a married couple.
The 25-year-old Yemeni man dosed up on five Viagra pills at
one time which killed him, according to Yemini Arabic Language
daily newspaper Okaz Al Youm.
Once the wedding hall was cleared out, the unnamed man left to
join his wife at their new home.
When he arrived, he fainted and collapsed and died after being
taken to hospital despite doctors’ attempts to revive him.

REVEALED: Real Reason Why Federal Government Does Not Want ASUU Strike To End

Nigerian universities have been buffeted with agonising months
of strikes for over a decade and until now, the story is pretty
much the same. Government is still unwilling to give the
education sector a shot in the arm.
Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, has been on strike
since June 30 and has dialogued with FG over 11 times, albeit,
inconclusively.
This underscores the lukewarm posture of government towards
the striking lecturers and from ASUU’s body language and
utterances,  they have made it abundantly clear to anyone who
cares to listen that they are ready to continue the strike even if it
takes years, insisting that their decision was adequately taken in
a bid to revitalise Nigerian universities.
The bone of contention is lucid in itself. An agreement was
reached in 2009 that all federal universities would require a total
sum of N1.5 trillion spread over three years (2009-2011) to
address the rot and decay in the universities.
But, in the Memorandum of Understanding, MoU, signed between
the union and the government in 2012, FG decided to extend the
gesture to include both federal and state universities. After the
2012 review, it was agreed that instead of N1.5 trillion, FG
would infuse a total of N1.3 trillion into the universities over
four years.
Almost four years down the line, FG has refused to fulfill its end
of the bargain. Rather than respond to the issues raised by the
union that would ensure quick resolution to the imbroglio,
government boycotted ASUU to summon a meeting with Pro-
Chancellors and Vice-Chancellors of universities, offering them
N130 billion with a matching order to lecturers to resume work
immediately.
But the union is insisting that by throwing money at universities
in that manner, government has repudiated the 2009 agreement
it entered freely with the union and the 2012 MoU. ASUU is not
making any fresh demand but has maintained that the 2009
agreement must be honoured.
It is ridiculous that government officials were quoted as saying
ASUU’s N1.3 trillion demand is capable of shutting down the
country. No. Their insatiable and rapacious greed will.
The private jets in the presidential fleet can fly, centenary
celebrations is a priority to government, there’s enough money
to pay humongous salaries and allowances to federal legislators
and other political office holders, enough to forfeit to oil subsidy
thieves, enough to pay militants bogus amnesty cheques and
phantom contracts while they continue to bunker our crude oil
like never before, there’s enough money to beg Boko Haram to
accept amnesty but there is no money for law abiding Nigerian
students who want to eke out a living using university education
as a stepping stone. It is this kind of attitude from the
government that provokes the use of brute force by some
regional groups to attract government’s attention to their
problems.
Government cannot claim it has no money to fulfill this
agreement. A country with 109 senators earning about N19.6
billion a year, while N51.8 billion is spent on members of House
of Representatives for the same period, totaling N71.4 billion.
This sum, N71.4 billion, represents 17.8 per cent of the N400bn
yearly intervention fund recommended by the Committee on
Needs Assessment of Nigerian Universities. Surely, our lecturers
and universities where they were trained deserve more.
When we talk of heath care, government official and the ruling
elite go abroad for medical attention; we talk of bad roads, they
fly private jets; we talk of power, they run their homes on 24-7
alternative electricity source; now we’re talking Education, their
wards are in some of the best universities abroad. There is no
way the myriad of problems bedeviling the country can be
tackled if the political elite don’t feel the pangs.
That Mr. President has taken out time from his ‘busy’ schedule
to constantly parley with the warring factions of his party, PDP,
but has never sat down with ASUU members to chart a course for
Nigeria’s leaders of tomorrow clearly shows his priorities. Party
affairs and chasing perceived enemies of his 2015 ambition
around with apparatus of state are far more important things
than bending over backwards to pander to the demands of the
striking lecturers.
But then, government must take into cognisance the fact that,
the longer the students remain at home, chances are that they
will be lured into social vices. The aftermath can be disastrous
for the state.
There are misplaced calls in some quarters for ASUU to be
‘reasonable’, accept FG’s offer and return to classrooms. Others
lambast them for being self-centered and unpatriotic. It is
unfortunate that Nigerians are always looking for quick fix
solutions to monumental problems. Less endowed countries like
Ghana, Botswana and Angola are making giant strides on all
fronts because the citizenry have at one point or the other
insisted that the needful be done. Here, anything thrown at us is
accepted with glee.
We must get our priorities right as a country. Government must
curb its own excesses. Education must be given the attention it
deserves. Education of the citizenry should not be subjected to
any form of Negotiation. Negotiating the education of our
leaders of tomorrow is more or less negotiating the future of the
country.
Government deliberately wants the strike to linger, first, to
blackmail the opposition. There have been several unsavoury
comments from the government’s divide of the negotiation table
that ASUU has been infiltrated by moles from the opposition,
alleging that the strike has lingered to gain political capital.
That is how low this government can stoop. We have seen it
before. It is an irresponsible and shameless government, one that
lacks integrity and honesty that will blame the opposition for all
its woes. It is unbecoming for the government of the day to
continue to heap its failure on the doorstep of the opposition
and ASUU strike is just another avenue to paint the opposition
black before the public.
Second, is to send a strong signal to other unions who might be
contemplating similar action to have a rethink. Perhaps,
government thinks by acceding to ASUU’s demands, other Labour
unions might toe the same path at the slightest excuse.
Third, the ultimate aim of government is to paint a bad image of
the association to Nigerians, at least, for as long as the strike
persists. The Governor Gabriel Suswan-led NEEDS Report
Implementation Committee mediating on behalf of the
government has unfortunately taken a position that is false,
dishonest, and calculated to misinform the public and cause
disaffection towards the union.
Rather than seek cheap popularity, Governor Suswan and the
rest of the FG team should tow the part of honour by asking
President Goodluck Jonathan to honour the 2009 agreement.
There’s no basis for turning the heat on ASUU and the campaign
of calumny.
It calls for worry, that same government that has always
maintained that ‘our graduates are unemployable’ and our
universities churn out ‘half-baked graduates’ find it difficult to
commit the much needed funds to revamp the universities.

Swaziland King Chooses New Teenage Virgin Bride As 15th Wife

Swaziland’s King Mswati III has chosen an 18-year-old beauty
pageant contestant as his 14th wife.
According to his palace spokesman, the king has introduced to
the nation his new liphovela (royal fiancee), 18 years old
Sindiswa Dlamini.
The young woman graduated from Mbabane’s St. Francis High
School last year and is a finalist in the Miss Cultural Heritage
beauty pageant.
As part of Swazi custom, King Mswati III, 45, is permitted to
choose a new bride every year.
Hence, thousands of young girls gather annually and dance for
the king at a reed dance in order to give King Mswati III the
opportunity to choose another wife.
The wedding only takes place once the chosen virgin bride falls
pregnant.
His wives are kept in their palace, surrounded by bodyguards,
and they can’t really go anywhere unless the king says so.
The only thing they do is go to America once a year, as the king
gives them a shopping allowance.
The father of 27 children, 45-year-old King Mswati III was a
guest at the William and Kate wedding as well as the Queen’s
Diamond Jubilee celebrations last summer.
Three wives left his household in recent years. The latest, Queen
LaGija, fled the palace in 2012 claiming years of physical and
emotional abuse.
Another queen, LaDube, was reportedly abused after she was
caught in bed with the justice minister, a close friend of the king.
Mswati had kidnapped and married the queen when she was 16
in 2005.
The king has also come under fire for his household’s lavish
lifestyle.
Mswati reportedly has a personal fortune of around $200 million
and the UN estimates that 70 percent of his 1.2 million subjects
live below the poverty line.

PASTOR IMPREGNATES 3 CHOIR MEMBERS, USES FETISH POWERS

self-acclaimed man of God who runs a church in Ugbolu community,
near Asaba, Delta State, has allegedly put three female members of
his
choir in the family way.
The man, identified as Moses (surname withheld), was alsoaccused of
using fetish practices to conduct prayer sessions during worship
periods in the community where he is said to also perform miracles.
Reports said Moses, who is now helping the police in its
investigations,
was alleged to have hood-winked the victims into having closed
doors
prayer sessions where he was said to have performed various acts on
them.
The police spokesperson in the state, ASP Lucky Uyabeme, said that
the suspect, upon interrogation, confessed to have lured his victims
with “charms,” claiming that this paved the way for him to have
sexual
intercourse with them.
Sources said since revelations relating to the Moses’ bizarre acts two
weeks ago, there have been palpable tension in the community where
worshippers in his church have been seen standing and whispering.
It was gathered that Moses moved into the community from Onitsha
where he was allegedly manhandled by a mob after raping a 16-year-
old bread hawker.
Moses was arrested after relations of his victims were said to have
reported the matter to the Police, following the confessions of the
young girls that he had made love to them.

SHOCKER!! SAD NEWS!! How a newly wed couple died on the way for their honeymoon!

This crash happened along the busy Abakaliki –Uge while the couple
were on their way to Abakalik, Ebonyi State capital, to express their
gratitude to friends and family members who graced their wedding in
Calabar, Cross River State capital, the previous week.
What is raising the poser is the drama that involved the couple
shortly before the accident that claimed their lives.Frank and Ann, as
they were fondly called, were said to be from Ebonyi State but
resident in Calabar, where Frank had chosen to stay to carry out his
electronics business.
According to sources, the duo left Calabar on the afternoon of
Saturday, 7 September, heading to Abakaliki but, on getting to Amudo,
some thirty kilometres to Abakaliki, their vehicle, a Toyota Camry,
developed an electrical fault which prompted Frank to go in search of
an auto electrician. He took Okada to the electrician shop, about half
a kilometre from the spot where the car had the fault.
“The man came to my shop at about 4 pm and said his car had
stopped and that he had tried to start it without success. He
suspected an electrical fault. So, I went with him on the Okada”,
Omaka, the electrician told Sunday Vanguard.
After spirited effort by Omaka to get the car to start failed, he
informed Frank that his former boss, Luke, might help but that he
was operating at Onueke, some three kilometres away from
Amudo. Frank asked the electrician to get Luke on phone which
he did, asking Luke to come on Okada so that he would get to
the place fast.
When Luke came, he asked Frank to pay the Okada man the fare,
N200, but Ann objected, arguing that the man ought to repair the car
before her husband would pay and this led to an argument.
“Luke took a motorcycle from Onueke to Amudo. When he got
there, he told the man to pay the Okada man but his wife started
shouting that why should her husband pay the transport fare
when he had not even touched the car”, Omaka narrated.
“Luke still wanted to repair the car but when he opened the
bonnet, I think he saw something which made him to change his
mind and he told the man that he should allow the repair to wait
until Monday and that even if he went on to repair the car, it still
would not start”.
This statement by Luke got Ann more angry, causing Luke to leave
the place and since there was nothing else the couple could do as
nightfall was rapidly approaching, they had to leave for Abakaliki in a
commercial vehicle.
The next day, Frank and Ann sought the service of another electrician
at Abakaliki whose name was given as Ortuh. They asked the
electrician to go with them to Amudo to fix the car.
“They refused to heed the advice of Luke that they should allow
the repair of the car to wait till Monday. So, the next day, which
was Sunday, they did not go to church but rather decided to
come back with Ortuh from Abakalilki to Amudo in a chartered
vehicle. On their way, the car suffered burst tyre and collided
with a tanker. All the four people in the car, including the
couple, were killed in the accident”. Omaka said
When Sunday Vanguard visited Luke at Onueke Motor Park where his
auto electrical shop is located, he said Ann was unnecessarily
quarrelsome.
“I told them that if not for my boy who called me on phone that I
should come and help a man and his wife who just got married
because their car had refused to start, I do not usually go on
outside work, but when I got there, I saw something and told
them not to repair that car till Monday because my spirit told me
that something was wrong. The woman was angry and thought I
wanted to punish them”.
Though, the electrician would not disclose what he .saw, he queried
why Frank should take his wife the next day to where their faulty car
was.
“Why did the man take his wife the next day to Amudo to repair
the car? Couldn’t she have stayed in Abakaliki while he alone
with Ortuh go to repair the car?”
He said the fate of the two had been bound together by unseen forces,
otherwise they would have attended service that Sunday and prayed
to God and then, on Monday, Frank would have gone to Amudo to fix
the car, and tragedy would have been averted.
A taxi driver at Abomege Motor Park in Abakaliki, Ogbada told Sunday
Vanguard that the driver whose car the couple chartered that Sunday
morning used to be a tipper driver but recently bought the ill-fated
Audi car, with which he plied the Abakaliki – Amudo- Abomege road,
from the money he got from driving the tipper.
“I was the one the man (Frank) contacted first but I did not want
to go; so I gave it to the former tipper driver. The man (driver)
appeared drunk that morning and so he collected N1,500 from
the man even when we asked him to collect the complete sum for
five passengers which is N1,800 since the transport fare from
Abakaliki to Amudo is 300 Naira and his car carried five
persons”.
He said nemesis may have caught up with the former tipper driver
because he was not remitting the money he was scheduled to pay the
owner of the tipper and was accumulating money to buy his own
vehicle,
“We were not happy with him because he collected N1,500 from
the people (couple) and did not pay us commission (chop
money) as the money was not enough for him to give to us and
also buy fuel and now see where he ended”.
At press time, the tanker was still parked at the Onueke Police Station
while the bodies of Ortuh, the electrician, and the driver had been
taken to their villages for burial while those of the couple were in the
mortuary of the Onueke General Hospital.

Catholic Bishops kick against Imo abortion law

Aswomen group supports Law
OWERRI—Catholic Bishops in Imo State have called on Governor
Rochas Okorochaand members of the State House of Assembly to
remove all anti-life sections in state’sAbortion Law number 12of
2012, which harbour liberalist-abortion provisions.
However, as the Catholic bishops kick against the law, some pro-
abortion women and groups described those opposing the law as
“ignorant and wicked people.”
Risingfrom a meeting in Owerri, the Bishops’ call was contained in a
communique signed by the Archbishop of Owerri and the Bishop of
Orlu, Dr. Anthony J. V. Obinna and Dr. Augustine Ukwuoma
respectively as the women took their protest to the State House of
Assembly.
The group, known asAdvocacy Coalition on Violence Against Women,
ACOVAW, not only gave their support to the law but also described it
as“a wonderful and proactive piece of legislation that should be
applauded rather than subjected to all sortsof misinterpretations and
misrepresentations.”
The group’sleaders included President of International Federation of
Women Lawyers, FIDA, Hauwa Evelin Shekarau and Chairperson,
National Council of Women Societies, NCWS, Mrs. Lois Osueke.
The bishops argued that anylaw which failed to respect the right to
life and human dignity was automatically null and void as they
contradicted natural and divine laws.
“A law to prohibitviolence against women, legitimate as it is in
principle must, with all the more reason, prohibit violence against
helplessunborn children from conception to natural death without
exception. Thou shall not kill,” the Bishopsstated.
It wasalso the considered opinion of the bishops that “we must not
enthrone the culture of death through the legalization of abortion,
with it’sconsequent sexual permissiveness of all, which will ravage
our society morally and spiritually as it hasdone in Europe, America
and elsewhere.”
The bishops argued that the right to life and human dignity belonged
to human nature and was inherent in every person by the creative act
of God.
“These rights do not depend on individuals, parents, church, society or
state. They are guaranteed by natural laws, divine commandments
and affirmed in the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,”the
bishops said.
They promised to continue working with God’s faithful people in Imo
State, for the protection of the fundamental rights of all, including
those of women and the unborn child.
“We will continue to engage Imo State government and Imo State
House of Assembly on waysand means to provide for laws that will
strengthen the family and protectthe human rightsof all Imo citizens,”
the Bishops stated.

For how long will the CBN continue to defend the naira?

Nigerians’ penchant for foreign goods has continued to put pressure on the nation’s external reserves and the exchange rate. In the last four months –April to August, a total of $14.95 billion left the shores of Nigeriaas payments made by the Central Bank of Nigeria on behalf of the public.

Of thisamount, cash salesto bureau de change where those who purchase foreign exchange in small quantity buyfrom, amounted to $2.2 billion while letters of credit for direct importation amounted to $157.5 million. Direct remittances were put at $983.7 million and salesto banks through the wholesale dutch auction amounted to $11.5 billion. Debt service/payment during the period took the sum of $93.62 million out of the external reserves of the country. Ironically, bureau de change is where the informal sector operators buy foreign exchange. The over $2.2 billion from the source went mainly to those who are now having afield day in the importation of either substandard products or contrabands.

In the week which ended 12th of April 2013, payment made for travelson behalf of Nigerianswho travel regularly abroad either for leisure, business trip or medical check up through business and personal travel allowance was $6.9 million. Cash sales to bureaux de change in that week was $196 million, while payment made through letters of credit amounted to $13.37 million. Total direct remittance was $202.9 million duringthatsame week. Wholesale Dutch auction took up the sum of $837 million. Debt service had ameager $1.17 million. In that week alone, a total of $1.257 billion went out of the country in the form of payment to foreign nationals.

The week ended 26th April followed the same pattern with a total of $1.38 billion flowing outof the country for importation and payment for foreign services. In the week ended 21 June, a total of $1.70billion went out of the nation’s treasury as payment for foreign goodsand services. The foreign exchange outflow rose to $2.05 billion in the week ended 5th July. The weekly foreign exchange hemorrhage has continued with an average outflow of $1.7 billion since the beginning of the year.

These payments are made for purchasesof goods and services that are not essential to the economy. Nigerians import toothpicks, rice, second- hand cars and virtually anything under the sun. This hasput tremendous pressure on the exchange rate making the naira a weeping currency. If only half of the weekly outflow isinvested in local production, it will reflate the economy, increase production and the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and create employment in the country. It will help in no small measure in the nation’s questto reduce poverty level in the country.

Rather than do this, Nigerians continue to export jobs to other countriesby importing what can easilybe produced locally. The few companies operating in the country have stock of finished inventories in their warehouses because Nigerians do not patronise locally made goods.

Is it not about time people were made to pay for their taste for foreign goods? From Aso Rock to the village man, every one is proud to puton made in Italy shoes, London branded suites, and in recent times, made in Korea, Japan and China. Products made in Aba, Abeokuta, Onitsha and Lagos are sold elsewhere in Africa, America and Europe yet Nigerians see them asinferior and prefer to import low quality products from Asian countriesthat have made Nigeria adumpingground. When the occupantsof Aso Rock told Nigerians that cassava bread and made in Nigeria rice will be the menu in the villa, manythought it was a new dawn. Several years down the line, is cassava bread or Abakaliki rice being served in Aso Rock? This is where leadership has always failed the nation.

Nigerians should recall that the naira weakness, partly caused by excessive spendingprior to 2011national elections, forced the central bank to lower the target band of the exchange rate from N145 to N155 per dollar in November that year, after months of struggling to prop it up. Pressure on the nairawill worsen next year as elections loom again in 2015.

Traditionally, pre-election year is a time when government expenditure becomes very loose, pumping excess liquidity into the banking system. Arguably, thisseemsthe case all over the world – governments tend to spend alot leading up to elections. The nairain recent months has hovered around the N162-N163 on strong demand for dollars. It touched a 20-month low of N163.70to the dollar recently.

It closed at N163.10to the dollar last Monday; after it became clear the central bank would not intervene again to prop it up. By Tuesday, it had rebounded to N162.90. Thishas compelled the central bank to intervene, insisting that it will resist pressure to devalue the naira since it retains ample fundsto defend the currency.

The nairahas fallen in recent months, tradingoutside the central bank’s target band of N150-N160 to the U.S. dollar since June, due essentially to foreign investors booking profits on their nairaassets, and on importers buying dollars.

The central bank as it looks is poised to continue to defend the exchange rate stability aslongasgovernor Sanusi remainsin charge at the expense of the nation’s external reserves. Sanusi has spentbillions of dollars of foreign reserves over the past months in keeping the naira, which has lost 4.6 per cent since the year, within its target band.

But Nigerian foreign exchange reserves stood at $46.85 billion as at August ending, down by 0.23 per cent month-on-month from July.

Nothing about the central bank’s recent guidance or behaviour suggests that it isabout to allow a devaluation of the naira. The bank tightened liquidity significantly in July, slapping a 50 per cent reserve requirement on public sector deposits, up from 12 per cent previously. That mopped up N1trillion out of the banking system and although the effect on the naira wasshort-lived, it showed the lengths to which the CBN is ready to go to defend the nairaexchange rate.

The question is; for how longwill the CBN continue to defend the naira in an economy that islargely not productive but depends solely on oil export for its foreign exchange earnings?

SHOCKER!!! Two Nigerian men caught with human head!!

Two men were on Friday in Ibadan paraded by the police for
possessing a decomposing human head. One of the men, Seyi Akinola,
was arrested in an ambush operation by the police while Ajitoni
Ogundeji was named by Akinola as his accomplice in the crime.
Ogundeji, who is a farmer and a hunter, was alleged to have
instructed Akinola to bring a human head to prepare a charm that
would protect him from gunshot.
Akinola, who is also a hunter, had complained to Ogundeji that he
experienced frequent robbery attacks on the road whenever he
travelled.
While on hunting expedition at night about two weeks ago, Akinola
allegedly saw the corpse of a dead mad woman in a bush.
He later cut off the head and hid it on a tree to decompose.
Ten days later, he returned to pick the head at the place where he
kept it but unknown to him, the community had alerted the police
after discovering the head on the tree. After walking into the ambush,
he was arrested and taken to the police station at Ojoo area of
Ibadan. During questioning, he told the police that Ogundeji told him
to bring the head to prepare anti-bullet charm. While speaking to
journalists at the station, Akinola confessed to the crime.
“I was caught with a human head by the police on Friday morning. I
travelled a lot when I was working as a shepherd to a herd of cattle,
but there are incidences of robbery attacks on the road. I told
Ogundeji about it and he said he could do a charm for me against
gunshot if I could get a human head.”

"My dad complains about my movies" - Nollywood Actress Mercy Aigbe!!!

Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe-Gentry, tells Ademola Olonilua about her career and relationship with colleague, Funke Akindele
Where would you say you got your looks from?
I would say I got my looks from my mother. If you see my mother’s picture, I am sure you will know the answer to the question.
How would you describe your taste?
When it comes to my taste, I try to be very simple and not overdo it. I can say I am in between. I am not a very simple person and at the same time, I try not to go overboard. I don’t wear things that don’t suit me; I wear thing that I am comfortable in.
How long does it take you to dress?
It depends on where I am going. If I am going to a party, it will take me longer. Basically, I’ll say it takes me about an hour to get dressed. The funny part of it is that if I have somewhere to go, the night before, I’ll bring out like three clothes and some shoes to choose from. So, it makes it easier for me the next morning.
Do you ask your husband to help you choose what to wear?
Yes, I do. Trust me, they are tired of me -my husband and my daughter. My daughter will tell me, ‘Mummy it is okay’ while my husband will say something like ‘Darling, just choose one, they all look great on you’.
What are you working on?
I just released a movie titled, ‘Komfo’. But right now, we are working on the concluding part of my movie, ‘Osas’. It is titled ‘Osas reloaded’. I am also working on a series soap opera that will be in pidgin English and it will also feature some notable faces in the industry.
How did you come up with the idea for your movie, ‘Osas’?
I got inspired on the set of ‘Papa Ajasco’. I was called by Wale Adenuga to be a part of the’ Papa Ajasco’ cast. Before then, I had never done comedy and when I was called, I asked myself if I could really make people laugh. I love challenges; when I was on set, I discovered that people that were behind the camera were laughing. So, it was then I knew I could make people laugh. I wanted to do a movie that I could use to reach out to my people because I am from Benin (Edo State). I just want people to know that there is a girl from Benin here even though I am more popular in Yoruba movies. At the same time, I did not want to leave my Yoruba fans and audience behind, so I just had to fuse the Benin language with Pidgin. I love pidgin. I am an Edo girl, so I love pidgin. After English, I can say pidgin is the next most popular language in Nigeria, so it was fun shooting ‘Osas’. It took me three months to shoot the movie.
Is it true that ‘Osas’ is an imitation of Funke Akindele’s ‘Jenifa’?
I actually heard that before ‘Osas’ came out. I think when people saw ‘Osas’, they had a different perspective. They said it before ‘Osas’ came out when they saw the promo. ‘Osas’ is a comedy and both are played by popular females in the industry. People just assumed. Yes, there are similarities, like the university setting, but I think that is about it.
Is there any rift between you and Funke Akindele?
No, there is nothing like that between us. We spoke about two weeks ago and on her birthday too. We are good friends and colleagues. People just come up with different stories because they know that controversy sells. We are friends.
Why don’t you feature in English movies?
I did not set out to be more popular in Yoruba movies. To start with, I am a thespian; I am a University of Lagos-trained theatre artiste. I can say it is providence. I get called up by English movie producers but anytime they called me, I was always on set shooting a Yoruba movie. With time, because I am also a producer, I will not limit myself to just producing Yoruba movies. We are working on an English movie titled ‘Taken’; we are going on set soon. I started with the English genre; I did some movies before I crossed over to Yoruba and got very popular. I used to tell my husband that when I started with Yoruba, I was not really fluent in the language, not to talk of reading the scripts. But I am good with language and very passionate about my job. With time, I got better and now I am a professional

Cheating couple forced to walk neakhead in Benue state ( Photos )

The incident was said to have occurred on September 19 at
Orokam, Obadigbo Local Government area of the state
Apparently the woman pictured above is said to be the wife of a
popular school proprietor in the area. She lost her husband on
Tuesday, and was accused by her husband’s people of
committing adulter*y which she admitted she was guilty of.
Further revelation by members of Orokam stated that there is an
oracle called “ALEKWU” in that town which punishes married
women that cheats on their husbands and also deters people
from committing atrocities.
The Oracle supposedly issues out a warning to the husband of
any adulterous woman of which if he fails to take appropriate
actions or return to the village from wherever he is to perform
the proper rites for cleansing himself and his family, he will die.

Check-out top 5 Most bankable Richest Nollywood Actress!!!

Four elements contribute to the success of a movie at the box-office.
They include good script, experienced director, professional publicist,
and most importantly, the big name stars.
Of all the four, there is one a producer should never violate at the
market place and that is the ‘star’ aspect of it. There could be a bad
script, inexperienced director and not too good publicity for the movie
but it is almost impossible to have Return On Investment (ROI) with
un-bankable stars.
Wikipedia defines a bankable star to be an actor famous or
charismatic enough to be “capable of guaranteeing box-office success
simply by showing up in a movie”. It is common knowledge that a
Will Smith will sell any movie no matter how bad as long as he has
his face on the jacket.
In Nigeria, some movie stars have proven again and again that they
can guarantee return on investment as long as their faces adorn the
poster. They are Genevieve Nnaji, Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde, Omoni
Oboli, Funke Akindele and Nse Ikpe-Etim. Or how else could one
explain the success of box office hits like Mirror Boy, Ije, and Tango
With Me all having Genevieve Nnaji starring in them? And what about
Figurine and Anchor Baby which both starred Omoni Oboli as the lead
actress?
Mirror Boy, Tango With Me, Last Flight to Abuja and Phone Swap all
had sizeable negative reviews, yet they topped the box office, made
huge profit and left many Hollywood movies far behind. Here, The
Entertainer takes a look at Nollywood’s five bankable actresses, their
earnings and what is possibly working for them.
Topping the list of five is Genevieve Nnaji. Love or hate her, Genny as
she is fondly called, has a way with cinema audiences that make them
come back again and again for her movies.
So far, Genevieve’s starring in the movies has grossed over N83
million at the box office. Mirror Boy (described by the actress as her
first major film and the first to put her at the box-office) made N18
million, while Ije netted N60 million turning out to be Nigeria’s
highest grossing movie ever. But Genevieve had to share the money
with Omotola, who also acted alongside her. If the sharing formula is
50-50, then Genevieve gets N30 million of the total gross.
Genevieve’s next movie, Tango with Me went on to make N35 million.
So, putting all the figures together, Genny remains at the head of the
pack. What seem to be working for Genevieve are her enduring power,
popularity and social media connection. The actress has been there
for over a decade and is still waxing stronger. Her wine seems to
taste better with age.
Another plus for Genny is her popularity. Genevieve is hugely popular
across Africa and most especially among the youths. Before now, she
has been very active on the social media especially Twitter. She even
had to put up a Facebook advert after reports emerged that some
acts were ahead of her there.

Next on the list is Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde with box-office gross of
N60 million. She made N24 million with Last Flight to Abuja, N6
million from Private Storm and her N30 million share in Ije bring her
total earning to N60 million.
This year alone, no actress has made as much as N24 million from a
single movie; Funke Akindele would have done so with The Return of
Jenifa but the movie hit the box office in 2011.
Omotola, who was reported to have been paid N5 million by Tarila
Thompson all in the bid to make his movie a blockbuster, has been
described as the biggest box office actress of 2012. She recorded
successes back to back but it remains to be seen if she can pull off
the box office magic again with Amina and other movies coming in
2013.
Omotola has been an A-list actress even before Genevieve got her
first big break and so what has been working for her is the wise
investment in her brand. Her enduring presence and unceasing
contact with her fans via the social media has made her popular even
in an environment where a mother of four like her is not fashionable.
Funke Akindele
Surprisingly, the third person on the list is Funke Akindele, a young
lady who rose to fame in I Need To Know, a TV series, and went on to
earn a monstrous fame with Jenifa.
Funke is an unlikely candidate on this list. Now, how can one explain
that she is third on a list parading heavy weights like Omoni Oboli,
Nse Ikpe-Etim and Stephanie Okereke among others?
So far, Funke has made over N56 million, netting over N20 million in
2012 alone. In The Return of Jenifa, Funke netted N35 million. The
movie ran till February 2012. Her movie, Married but Living Single
made N9.9 million while Maami made N11 million. The actress is on
her way to another cinema glory with a movie, A Wish. Let’s hope she
will be able to wave the magical wand again and create a box-office
success.
For Funke who recently got married, the plus factor for her is her
huge popularity among the masses and elites. Her movie, Jenifa cuts
across all social groups with the street parlance in it becoming the
mode of communication in social gathering. And as an icing on the
cake, Funke has moved upscale, she is now the toast of events
organized by the rich and not so rich. Her box office credibility
transcends the cinema as all DVDs parading her face turn into gold.

Omoni Oboli, who is still largely unknown to those who don’t
patronise the cinema and social media, is fourth on the list. She is a
silent achiever. Before the trio of Genevieve, Omotola and Funke even
dreamt of hitting the box office, Omoni Oboli already took the lead.
Figurine, her first box office appearance made N13 million while her
second effort, Anchor Baby made N18 million bringing her total
earning to N31million.
Omoni’s strength is her exclusivity and knack for quality. It is a
known fact that if the project is not big and ambitious, Omoni might
not do it. The disadvantage of that is, despite her box office
credibility, Omoni is still unknown in areas where there is no access to
cinemas. Perhaps, that is the reason she tries to make up with the
red carpet presence.
For now, the exclusivity is working for Omoni; perhaps her new movie,
Broken and other works will introduce a new twist. One other thing
that should not be forgotten is the unprecedented publicity of Anchor
Baby in 2010. The film also had Omoni at the forefront of meeting
and greeting of fans at the cinemas.

Rita Dominic and Stephanie Okereke should readily make the list but
they haven’t appeared at the cinemas more than once. Hopefully, Rita
will break into the list with The Meeting, Lion of 76 and Street of
Calabar while Stephanie already had N10 million under her belt with
Through the Glass.
Of course, there are exceptions to the rules. A bankable star makes
easier the job of a producer; the absence of one, however, is not a
ready-made doom for a movie as Avatar and Slumdog Millionaire
(both global box office hits) have shown. But if one would take a risk
or err, it’s better to err on the part of caution.

Blackface Signs N52M Record Deal With Franchise Events Limited

A few days after his celebrated war with his former
band mate and friend, Tuface Idibia, fortune has
smiled on Blackface as he has signed a N52 million
deal with Franchise Events Limited.

The deal which also includes a car and a house sees Blackface
become the record label’s biggest name. The former Plantazhun
Boyz co-founder can now rest and let his bosom friend Tuface
rest after the brouhaha about not being paid royalty for the
‘African Queen’ he claimed he wrote.
The song gave Tuface the perfect platform for his meteoric rise
in the music industry and Blackface has not forgiven Tuface,
letting the whole world know he has been wronged by 2Baba.
Added to that was the issue of Tuface’s wedding in Dubai where
Blackface said he was not invited. But last week, Tuface said in
an interview that he had invited his former stable mate but he
refused to come. Trust Blackface, he responded immediately,
saying he was not invited. He also used the opportunity to tell
Tuface to pay him the royalty.
In a chat with pulse.ng on the deal, Franchise Events Limited
spokesperson said they decided to settle for Blackface because
of his versatility, staying power in the music industry and his
brand of music.,

Why Nigeria Info FM sacked me – Popular radio presenter, Matse Nnoli reveals

Popular On-Air Personality, Matse Nnoli has been sacked by AIM
Consultants, owners of Nigeriainfo FM.
She recently issued a statement detailing the reason for the
termination of her appointment with the talk radio station. The
budding broadcaster lost her job few months after she tied the
knot.
Read below the statement…
Dear all, compliments of the day to you.
I believe a lot of you must have heard of the recent termination
of my job as an OAP (On Air Personality) on 99.3 Nigeria Info
Fm. Well, it is true.
I have read on several blogs that I was sacked for being
arrogant, rude etc. Even recently that I lacked discipline. If I
lacked discipline, I wouldn’t be successful in my career. I believe
discipline, integrity and honesty goes hand in hand with true
success. Ask those who have met and known me and they will
tell you that this is what I live for. I am not perfect, I have made
mistakes but who is perfect?
I prefer to be silent on matters like this but since silence is
assumed to be consent, I will not consent to my hard earned
reputation being dragged to the gutters. I worked too hard for it.
On the 2nd of September 2013 while on admission at First
Consultant Medical Centre, Lagos. I received an email while on
my sick bed, announcing my termination. Honestly, I was not
angry but a bit shocked. I had been too sick lately due to my
pregnancy and was not at my best but I expected my company
to be supportive of me. Yes, I wanted them to be supportive of
me because I had worked hard over the years to bring them
much glory.
I know that I will see all sorts of articles and comments to
discredit me but I simply ask this of you all. If you have ever met
me and I was unpleasant to you, feel free to vent but If you don’t
know the real me and all you have heard are insinuations, hold
your peace.
I love people and always wish them well. My mentees and
honest colleagues will testify to this.I love progress because I
believe the sky is big enough for all the birds to fly. AIM
Consultants. I am not mad at you. I believe when one door
closes, another one opens. I have served you well over the years,
brought you accolades. So please, let me go in peace and
insiders in the Organisation who do not like guts should not use
it as an opportunity to tear me down. I am a good person and
YOU
ALL KNOW THIS!
God bless AIM Consultants, I learnt a lot from you and I am
grateful. God bless us all!

Questions Women Should Avoid Asking Men In Relationships

Hey Ladies, I know you all like dissecting what’s going on with
your men and honestly that is cool but what isn’t cool is when
you start asking all or any of the 4 questions below.
By the way, have you ever realized how angry a man can get
when you ask too many questions at a time? When it comes to
relationships, most women want to know everything that a man
is thinking.
But here is the truth and from a man’s perspective, there are 4
questions I think women should really avoid asking their men
while in a relationship because the answers you get are basically
those aimed at pleasing you but not the whole TRUTH.
1: Do I look fat?
Most men have learned that the answer to this question is
always NO. Always. No exceptions. Women and weight have too
close of a bond and women often define themselves and their
worth by the scale. Therefore, men are prepared and ready to say,
“No, you look beautiful!” no matter what. If a woman really cares
about looking fat, she should look in the mirror and decide for
herself. If she feels great, then no need to ask for affirmation. But
the attention-seeking woman might be desperate for
compliments and turn to her man for her fix. It’s most important
to be healthy, no matter what the scale says… Ladies!
2: What happened in your past relationships?
Some women become obsessed with finding out everything about
their man’s past. They need to know if they measure up to ex-
girlfriends or wives, if he’s as happy with them as he was before
and if he’s really over a past heartbreak. You might be especially
concerned about what went wrong with your guy’s previous
relationships. Remember, though, he might have been a very
different man then, and he probably learned from his mistakes.
Try not to hold his past wrongs against him because chances
are he doesn’t want to be reminded of them. He doesn’t want
you to see him in a bad light. Let him be the person he is now.
Let him feel good about how he is with you, and not dragged
through memories of what he did (or didn’t do) with other
partners. Of course it’s important to communicate, but too much
probing shows a lack of trust and confidence in your
relationship.
3: Are you attracted to other women?
This comes down to self-esteem (and therefore attention) and
confidence in your relationship. A man who doesn’t look at
anyone or feel anything for other women is either very old, very
tired, or just plain lying. Looking at and responding to others
doesn’t necessarily mean he doesn’t find you desirable or is
comparing you. Of course too much gawking or staring is
inappropriate, are you going to tell me you’ve never glanced at
an attractive guy? We are all humans. If he takes it to the next
level and starts to flirt, however, he’s definitely not fully
committed to you and its time to reevaluate your relationship.
4: What are you thinking?
This question usually comes up in a moment of silence, and
often times while in bed. Some women want to make sure that a
man is thinking only of them in bed, but this is a very
complicated question for a guy. Make sure you can tolerate
hearing about what’s going on in your man’s mind, and
remember not to assume he doesn’t care about you. You might
be amazed when he answers “oh, just the football game
yesterday.” Men’s minds can wonder to multiple subjects, while
women tend to concentrate on the activity at hand and analyze
every detail. Relax and take your man’s answer for what it is.

SHOCKER!!! Teacher, 30yrs, who 'had s-ex with student, 12yrs,' tells court it was part of 'sexual therapy' to motivate him!!!

A former 'teacher of the year' accused of having sex with a student
when he was 12 denied the allegations today and told the court the
230 pages of racy texts they exchanged were part of 'sexual therapy'
she was using to help him.
Married mother Ethel Anderson, 30, from Riverside, Florida, is accused
of having a three-month sexual relationship with the boy when she
was supposed to be tutoring him.
The alleged victim, now 14, who has not been named, testified today
that the alleged abuse started four or five weeks into their tutoring
sessions when she would kiss him and perform oral sex on him.
Married mother: Ethel Anderson, 30, from Riverside, Florida, is
accused of having a three-month sexual relationship with a student
when she was supposed to be tutoring him
Emotions: Anderson wept in court as her alleged victim talked about
how he loved her like a girlfriend during their three-month affair
He told the court: 'I felt like she was a girlfriend, I loved her and she
said that I was her boyfriend and she loved me. She would rub on my
legs, kiss on my ears, neck and stuff like that...We would tongue kiss.'
Anderson faces nine felony counts of lewd and lascivious molestation
and turned down a 15-year prison deal followed by 15 years of
probation
Anderson, who worked as a language arts teacher at Mango
Elementary School, cried as she listened to the teen's testimony and
denied the charges when she took the stand.
When confronted about the 230 pages of racy text messages she said
they were just sexual therapy that she was using on the 'troubled
student' to motivate him.
She told the court: 'At the time, with him struggling with school and
having behavioral issues and anger issues, acting out at home and
not being able to connect with his family, the way that he and his
parents felt, that was my purpose. To gain his attention and, yes, I
did it in an inappropriate way.'
The mother-of-one claims the boy would threaten her, telling her
things like, 'keep playing you're gonna lose your child'.
The boy also told the court that he did not want to lose his virginity
to a teacher and would tell her to stop, but she persisted because she
'wanted him so bad', ABC reports.
The parents of the young boy were suspicious of their son's close
relationship to the Anderson and tipped off police.
Wearing a wire, the boy's mother later confronted Anderson, when she
admitted having oral sex with him. The tape was played to the jury.
Accolade: In 2011, Anderson was named as Teacher Of The Year at
Mango Elementary School in Florida, where she was a language arts
teacher
In her testimony, Anderson testified she only admitted to sex acts in
the secretly recorded confession by the boy's mother, only because
that is what she thought the mother wanted to hear.
Anderson faces nine felony counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.
The 30-year-old turned down a 15-year prison deal followed by 15
years of probation. The jury of three men and three women will now
decide her fate.
She faces up to 30 years in jail.
